Auditioning Auditioning well is a skill that all performers need but often forget to practice as a skill unto itself. This track is for singers and actors who wish to spend the semester learning how to give their best audition. Performers will have 16 weekly sessions, 5 monthly performance opportunities and masterclasses throughout the term. Additional workshop opportunities may become available. College Vocal Auditions track Dory specializes in the college vocal audition process. From the moment we walk into an audition space, directors are noticing the energy we give off. No one lands every audition, but if you are organized and have a strong process you will give yourself the best chance every time. In the audition track we establish your audition routine and process, which begins weeks before audition day. We will work every detail of the process, from acting/singing technique to attire, to visualizing your audition space. By the end of the term you will have a clear process for auditions, a solid resume and a selection of audition-ready pieces to take into a post-vaccine world. College Auditions We specialize in the college audition process. This track is recommended for high school seniors or anyone applying for an undergraduate performing arts degree in Voice.
